Please read through our Terms, Conditions and Covid-19 procedures before completing the form below. Upon completing this form you have accepted our conditions and agree to pay the full amount of the cost for repair, to which you will be diverted to a payment page when you tick the acceptance box.

You will be notified when we have received confirmation of both payment and acceptance. We will then provide you with the earliest date we can attend. Our system generates dates for the repair on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Dates offered for the repair will only be available for a maximum of 24 hours.

If we do not get confirmation that you wish to proceed with the date given to you within that time then it will be offered to another customer.
